May 03, 2024Associate Professor Daniel Aaron, an expert in tort and health law, and 2L Avery Emery recently co-authored an article in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) entitled “U.S. Supreme Court Limits on the Power of U.S. Health Agencies.” They also collaborated on an opinion editorial for the Deseret News.
