Jonathan Diaz, 1 on 1 Legal, P.L.L.C
Jonathan Diaz is a 2008 graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law, and is also an attorney at 1 on 1 Legal Services, P.L.L.C. He focuses exclusively on representing debtors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. During law school, Mr. Diaz performed an internship with the Honorable Jeffery P. Hopkins, Bankruptcy Judge for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Mr. Diaz performed research for the judge on various issues and topics related to bankruptcy. Mr. Diaz also drafted an opinion that was approved the by Judge Hopkins and subsequently published. Mr. Diaz is also a member of the Utah Association for Justice.
Timothy Larsen, 1 on 1 Legal, P.L.L.C
Timothy Larsen is a 2004 graduate of the S.J. Quinney College of Law, and an attorney at 1 on 1 Legal Services, P.L.L.C. He focuses exclusively on assisting individuals and businesses who are facing Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. During law school, Mr. Larsen worked for the Chapter 13 Standing Trustee, Andres Diaz. He moved quickly from a file clerk to a case manager, working up all cases assigned to the Honorable Judge Allen for confirmation of Chapter 13 plans. Mr. Larsen has been instrumental in implementing electronic filing and streamlining forms and client intake to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
J. Ryan Mitchell, Mitchell & Barlow
Ryan Mitchell is a 1999 graduate, with Distinction, of the University of Nebraska. His practice is devoted to representing businesses and individuals in complex civil and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts as well as arbitration proceedings. Ryan has extensive experience in a wide variety of litigation matters ranging from two-party disputes to multijurisdictional class actions. Ryan’s practice focuses on contract disputes, corporate and partnership disputes, noncompete/nonsolicitation litigation, business torts, securities litigation, fraud, trade secrets, unfair competition, and personal injury. He was previously a partner at Bennett, Tueller, Johnson & Deere, and an Associate at Jones Day and Burbidge and Mitchell.
