Rachel M. Slade, ’08, an intellectual property attorney in the Salt Lake City office of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, was recently named one of the 2015 30 Women to Watch by Utah Business magazine. The annual list recognizes Utah¹s most successful and influential women as selected by their peers for their devotion to their profession.
Slade focuses her patent practice on technology involving organic chemistry in the life science and pharmaceutical industries. She utilizes her drug discovery experience in the pharmaceutical industry to provide strategic client counseling and assist clients in patent prosecution, due diligence reviews, and validity and freedom to operate analyses.
