S.J. Quinney College of Law Professor Cliff Rosky was quoted in the Sunday, April 5, 2015 Deseret News story, “Once unifying, religious freedom laws have become divisive.”
“”The Utah law grants equal protections to LGBT people and people of faith. Rosky argued the other measures, unamended, legalized ‘discrimination based on religion.'”
