Clifford Rosky, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, was recently interviewed on issues surrounding same-sex marriage by KUTV 2 News and the on-line news site Gay Salt Lake. Rosky explained to the latter that, even if same-sex marriage becomes the law of the land, there will still be tasks remaining, including the enactment of state anti-discrimination and housing protection laws.
