Professor Clifford Rosky participated in an April 26, 2015, Salt Lake Tribune Q&A: “Could high court legalize gay marriage nationally? Could it end the practice in Utah?”
Rosky and Parker Douglas, chief of staff for Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes and the state’s federal solicitor, each responded to a series of questions, ranging from “Could gay marriages performed in Utah be voided?” to “Could the [Supreme] [C]ourt legalize same-sex marriages for the whole country?”
In response to the question “What do you think the [C]ourt should do?”, Rosky responded, “The court should clarify that all state laws that ban same-sex couples from marrying are unconstitutional.”
