Rosky comments on SLC bar’s refusal to serve Polynesian men

S.J. Quinney College of Law Professor Cliff Rosky spoke with KITV in Honolulu about a Salt Lake City bar’s refusal to serve Polynesian men. Two Polynesian men were asked to leave Willie’s Lounge recently. The lounge is not only accused of racial profiling, but admits it happened.

“That is absolutely illegal” (said Rosky)

Clifford Rosky who teaches law says “you can’t profile people based on their race and whether or not they are likely to start a fight. Why is the name Polynesian even being said?”
