Arnold Reitze, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, published an article, “EPA’s Fine Particulate Air Pollution Control Program,” in the November 2014 Environmental Law Reporter.
The article discusses the Environmental Protection Agency’s program to control fine particulate emissions 2.5 microns or smaller in areas that fail to meet the national air quality standards.
