Professor Christopher Peterson has returned to the College of Law on a part-time basis, effective January 1, 2015. He has been on academic leave to work as the Senior Counsel for Enforcement Policy and Strategy in the Enforcement Office of the new federal Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) in Washington, D.C. During Spring Semester, Peterson is teaching Consumer Law. He also will continue at the CFPB, now as a Special Advisor to the agency’s Director, Richard Corday.
