McCormack discusses Shurtleff case, presidential pardons in media interviews

University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law Wayne McCormack recently appeared in the media on two separate stories:

—McCormack was interviewed by the Associated Press about legal issues connected to a lawsuit filed by former Utah Attorney General Mark Shurtleff against several officials and agencies involved in a failed corruption case against him. Shurtleff is accusing county, state and federal authorities of causing him emotional distress, humiliation and depriving his enjoyment of life in the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court. McCormack was asked to comment on the merits of the case and the AP story appeared in several news outlets, including U.S. News & World Report.
