John Martinez, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, has three articles slated for publication in the near future.
The articles are “Graceful Losers,” to be published in the Alabama Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review, “What Color is the Number Seven? — Category Mistake Analysis and the Legislative/Non-Legislative Distinction,” to be published in the BYU Journal of Public Law, and “CityBurgers: Controlling Local Government Profit-Making Activities,” to be published in the Washburn Law Journal.
