University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law Professor Terry Kogan will make a presentation to the judges of the Federal Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals at the annual Tenth Circuit Judicial Conference on May 17 at Deer Valley, Utah.
Kogan will address “Transgender Rights and the Controversy Over Public Restrooms.” He will present along with Dr. Marissa Grotske, an endocrinologist at the VA Hospital who specializes in the medical needs of transgender people.
