University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law Professor RonNell Andersen Jones joined other prominent First Amendment scholars and top media lawyers for a special event at the National Press Club on Friday, April 6. At the conference, “Truth, Trust, and the First Amendment in the Digital Age,” Jones shared insights from her research on recent press-freedom trends and addressed the problems of “fake news” and the vilification of media institutions.
