Guiora Quoted in Vice News Article about New Indian Drones

Amos Guiora, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, was quoted in an April 8, 2105 Vice News article, “Police in India Now Have Drones That Can Shower Unruly Crowds with Pepper Spray.”
