Guiora Comments on Paris Attacks

Friday, November 15, 2015 – Professor Amos Guiora was interviewed on KUTV about the IS attacks in Paris.

“As terror attacks go this was, and I can’t emphasis this enough, this was extremely well planned and seemingly extremely well executed,” said Amos Guiora, professor of law at the S.J. Quinney College of Law.
