Erika George, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, will speak at an October 24-25 conference, “Transparency in the Global Food System: What Information and to What Ends?,” to be held on the UCLA campus. Her contribution considers human rights abuses in supply chains and the role of transparency in promoting change.
