On Friday, June 19, 2015, the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Energy and Mineral Law Foundation (EMLF) will hold its annual meeting in the offices of Holland & Hart in Denver.
The meeting, titled “The Future of the Electric Utility Industry—Game Changers or Just Continued Evolution?”, will run half a day beginning at 8:00 a.m. The breakfast keynote speakers are Colorado Public Utilities Commission Chairman Joshua B. Epel and Wyoming Public Service Commission Chairman Alan B. Minier. They will address “State and Regional Implications of EPA’s Clean Power Plan.”
