The first week in November, Robin Craig, Professor at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, presented at the Seventh National Summit on Estuarine and Coastal Restoration in Washington, D.C. Her topic looked at recasting innovations for coastal climate change adaptation as public health measures to limit states’ and local governments’ vulnerability to constitutional takings liability.
From November 12-14, she will participate in the fourth meeting of the National Research Council’s Committee to Review the Edwards Aquifer Habitat Conservation Plan, also in Washington, D.C.
