On November 6, 2014, Jorge Contreras, Associate Professor at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, will speak in Washington, D.C. at the Patents in Telecom conference sponsored by George Washington University and University College London. Contreras will address patent issues in telecom standardization organizations.
