On June 10-11, University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law Professor Jorge Contreras will speak at the Second International Conference on Standardization, Patents and Competition Issues: Developments and Perspectives in the Asia Pacific region and Europe held in New Delhi. Contreras has conducted several studies of the Indian patent system, and will present recent work relating to India’s working requirement for patents on standardized products.
