Cassell Appears on C-SPAN’s Show, Landmark Cases Miranda v. Arizona

Professor Cassell was on C-SPAN 3 in the series Landmark Cases Miranda v. Arizona Monday, December 14, 2015 at 7:00 p.m.

Cassell and Jeffrey Rosen of the National Constitution Center discussed the 1966 Supreme Court case Miranda v. Arizona, in which the Court ruled that suspects must be informed of their right against self-incrimination and their right to consult with an attorney before being questioned by police.
