Paul Cassell, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, was quoted in a November 30, 2014 article in The New York Times, “Raised Hands, and the Doubts of a Grand Jury,” about the Michael Brown matter and the events in Ferguson, Missouri.
