Brian Edward Brower, ’99, was appointed to the Clearfield Justice Court in August, 2015. He replaced Judge John L. Sandberg, who retired. Prior to his appointment, Brower practiced law for 15 years in the 2nd and 3rd judicial districts where he represented three cities and one county.
