Jorge Contreras, Associate Professor at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, was one of 15 antitrust-law professors who filed a brief in the 9th Circuit supporting the NCAA’s appeal in the Ed O’Bannon case.
The professors argued that U.S. District Court Judge Claudia Wilken erred in determining that the NCAA violated antitrust law.
