Melissa Bernstein, library director and professor at the S.J. Quinney College of Law, worked to enact a new law that would require authentication and preservation of official legal material published online. 
Bernstein wrote about advocating to get the Uniform Electronic Legal Material Act passed in Utah in the last legislative session in the latest issue of the Utah Bar Journal. (View the article on page 29 online).
