University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law alumna Marina Peña, whose work in the public policy clinic was instrumental in the passing of the SB32 bill, attended the ceremonial signing of the bill into law earlier this month. The law grants juveniles additional rights in delinquency cases. Peña graduated in 2018.
