On Friday, October 23, Clifford Rosky, an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, was quoted in a Salt Lake Tribune article “Religious liberty and gay marriage: Is Oaks right? Yes and no.”
In the article, which focuses on the “tension between religious belief and gay civil rights,” Rosky is quoted as saying that, “Any conflicts between religious liberty and gay rights are very unusual. They can be managed with common sense and mutual respect.”
