On March 10, the Dorf on Law blog published a guest post by Clifford Rosky, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.
Titled “Flipping Federalism in Windsor,” the post explored Rosky’s strategy of showing that the Supreme Court’s “analysis of the State’s authority to define marriage actually supports the invalidation of state laws under Windsor.” With help from the attorneys at Zimmerman Jones Booher, Rosky recent filed a brief on behalf of Utah’s LGBT organizations challenging that state’s constitutional amendment that bans same-sex marriage.
