Rosky Interviewed about 10th Circuit’s Decision Upholding Same-Sex Marriage

June 25, 2014–As the news spread about the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals decision striking down Utah’s ban on same-sex marriage, Clifford Rosky, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and chairman of the board of directors Equality Utah, was a popular interview subject.

Rosky was interviewed by The Salt Lake Tribune, the Los Angeles Times,  the Deseret News, the Deseret News again, KSL 5, ABC 4 and KUTV.  In The Tribune, he described the ruling as “”the most important victory of the entire gay rights movement.”

On Thursday, June 26 at 11:00 a.m. MDT, Rosky will appear on KUER 90.1’s “RadioWest” program. At 12:15 that same day, he will appear on The Salt Lake Tribune’s interactive “Trib Talk” program.

The three-member panel of the 10th circuit was the first appeals court in the nation to rule on the issue, according to several news sources.
