Reitze Speaks, Publishes Articles, Accepts ABA Appointment

Arnold Reitze, a professor of law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, has enjoyed a busy fall. His treatise “Air Pollution Control and Climate Change Mitigation Law” was published by the Environmental Law Institute. Additionally, he has been appointed vice-chair of the American Bar Association’s Climate Change, Sustainable Development and Ecosystems Committee.

On September 24 he spoke on the topic of carbon sequestration at the U of U Department of Geography colloquium.

Reitze has also had two recent articles accepted for publication. “Federal Control of Greenhouse Gas Emissions” has been accepted by the Environmental Law Review and “Federal Control of Geological Carbon Sequestration” has been accepted by the Pace Environmental Law Review.
