Arnold Reitze, a Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, was quoted in the article “Hot Air No Longer” in the January issue of Utah CEO magazine.
The article, which focuses on “the emerging area known as ‘climate change law,’” various experts, including Reitze, weigh in on the laws and regulations that are likely to be enacted and what Utah’s CEOs can do to better prepare for proposed climate change legislation.
