During the past several months, Arnold Reitze, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, has spoken on various air quality-related issues and published a new scholarly article.
On March 6, he spoke on “Inversion Conversion: Legal and Policy Issues Related to Utah Air Quality,” at a College of Law CLE. On April 17, he spoke to the Air & Waste Management Association on “Environmental Regulatory Law Review,” and on May 9, he spoke on the “Clean Air Act” for CLE International.
In addition, in March, he published an article, “Federal Control of Air Emissions From New Heavy-Duty Road Vehicles,” in the Environmental Law Reporter.
