Dan Medwed, an associate professor of law at the S.J. Quinney College of Law, was quoted in the February 8 New York Times article, “New Efforts Focus on Exonerating Prisoners in Cases Without DNA Evidence.”
The article focuses on how the proliferation of exonerations due to DNA evidence has made it harder for prisoners in the larger number of cases that do not have such evidence.
