Clifford Rosky, an associate professor at the S.J. Quinney College of Law and family law scholar, was recently interviewed in The Salt Lake Tribune on the issue of extending legal rights to same-sex couples.
In the article, titled “Legal experts question gay-rights foes’ ‘slippery slope’ fears,” Rosky critiques an argument advanced by conservative activists that extending legal protection to same-sex couples violates the Utah Constitution.
