On March 3, 2009, Lincoln Davies, associate professor of law at the S.J. Quinney College of Law, appeared on KUER’s RadioWest program for a panel discussion on EnergySolutions’ proposal to bring low-level radioactive waste from Italy to Utah, while offering the state a 50% share of profits from that venture. Other panelists included Judy Fahys from The Salt Lake Tribune, Vanessa Pierce from HEAL Utah, and Jill Segal from EnergySolutions.
