Christopher Peterson, a professor of law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, recently won the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers’ 2010 writing competition for his article “Foreclosure, Subprime Mortgage Lending, and the Mortgage Electronic Registration System.”
Formal presentation of the award will be made on April 16, 2011, at the annual dinner of the College, which takes place in conjunction with the spring meeting of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section.
