On Friday, April 15, Christopher Peterson, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, will present at the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section’s Spring Meeting in Boston. Peterson will participate on a panel titled “The Future of Paperless Loan Processing: MERS Role in the Foreclosure Crisis.”
Peterson also spoke recently at the National Association of Independent Land Title Agents conference in Baltimore and at the American Conference Institute’s 6th National Forum on Residential Mortgage Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement.
