On November 5, Wayne McCormack, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, was interviewed by 4Utah on the recent spike in activing shooting incidents.
In the interview, McCormack reflected that we shouldn’t trade freedoms for the promise of greater security: “I would much rather risk a bit of danger than to live in such a world. We risk a lot more danger on the highways than people shooting us.”
