On Friday, April 10, Scott Matheson, Jr., a professor of law at the S.J. Quinney College of Law, will guest on the KUED Channel 7 program Utah NOW.
Matheson, the author of the new book Presidential Constitutionalism in Perilous Times (Harvard University Press), will join host Doug Fabrizio to talk about how American leaders have squared security with human rights in times of unrest or crisis.
