Chibli Mallat, a Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, will speak at the University of Kentucky College of Law on October 22, as the first speaker in that College’s upcoming Randall-Park Colloquium Series.
Mallat will discuss “How the US casebook can feature in decision-making: From Iraq-Guide to Law and Policy to Afghanistan.”
