Chibli Mallat, Presidential Professor of Law at the S.J. Quinney College of Law, published an op-ed titled “Heuristics and Loya Jerga for the Afghan Morass” in the October 15 edition of the Lebanon Daily Star.
In the article, Mallat stresses the importance of developing a ‘credible government’ in Afghanistan.
