Chibli Mallat, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, recently participated in a 45-minute BBC Forum program, “Making Good Law.”
The BBC World Service’s description of the program states, “As post-revolutionary societies across the Arab world grapple with the task of creating new legal frameworks, Bridget Kendall brings together three prominent international lawyers to look at the challenges: former candidate for presidency in Lebanon and human rights lawyer Chibli Mallat; Shlomit Wallerstein, fellow in criminal law from Oxford University; and leading international lawyer Philippe Sands.”
