Christian Johnson, a professor of law at the S.J. Quinney College of Law, presented his paper titled “Unusual and Exigent Circumstances: The Role of the U.S. Federal Reserve in the Recent Financial Crisis” in London at the WG Hart Legal Workshop on June 24. Johnson also chaired the panel on European Bank Bailouts. The Hart Workshop was sponsored by Cambridge University and the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies at the University of London. Johnson was assisted in his research by Sarah Anderson and Dan Gardiner, both 2Ls at the College of Law.
