On Wednesday, June 12, Amos Guiora, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, will testify before the Dutch Parliament. His testimony will be webcast live at 5:00 a.m. MDT on the website of the Dutch House of Representatives.
Guiora is scheduled to speak on the recent decision of the E.U. to lift the arms embargo on the Syrian opposition and the resulting consequences under international law.
