On January 20, 2010, Amos Guiora, a Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, was quoted in a Detroit Free Press article titled “Congress to Look Into Bomb Plot.”
Guiora is quoted extensively in the article on issues of counter-terrorism and opines that airport security should concentrate less on technology and more on retaining trained experts to observe suspicious behavior.
