Quinney College Professor Amos Guiora recently participated in an on-line debate with John T. Parry, a professor of law at the Lewis & Clark Law School. Organized by the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, the debate attempted to resolve the question of what sort of forum is most appropriate for individuals in U.S. custody who are suspected of terrorism.
