On April 26, Erika George, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, will present an excerpt from her forthcoming book, “Incorporating Rights: Empire, Global Enterprise and Global Justice” at a roundtable titled Law and the History of Corporate Responsibility hosted by the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, MN.
According to the roundtable’s organizers, the one-day conference explores “key topics and issues in the development of corporate law and the history of corporate responsibility. This program will explore continuing changes in the law that have or will influence the concept and performance of corporate responsibilities and governance.”
