Leslie Francis, a professor of law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, will present a CLE titled “Confidentiality and Informed Consent in Legal and Medical Ethics” on Friday, December 17 at 7:30 a.m. at Lamb’s Grill Café, 169 S. Main Street. The cost is $10 and includes a continental breakfast.
Francis will discuss whether the role of the Internet and electronic compilation and storage of information affects the ethics of lawyers and physicians differently.
