Leslie Francis, a professor of law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, recently helped plan and also chaired a session at the roundtable on personal health records, sponsored by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology and the Federal Trade Commission. The roundtable was held at the FTC on Dec. 3, and featured creators and users of personal health records, representatives of industry, privacy scholars, and more.
