On April 5, 2L Jade Fisher, a student in the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law’s Public Policy Clinic, published a letter in The Salt Lake Tribune. Her letter, titled “Racism is apparent in school suspension data,” dealt with data that suggests minority students are disproportionately disciplined in schools.
